Official rules

1. Sponsor

The Flower Neighbor VIP Monthly Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Flower Neighbor, a group of locally owned smoke shop locations operating in the State of Florida. This Sweepstakes is hosted exclusively on the official Flower Neighbor website.

2. Eligibility

Open to individuals who:

• Are 21 years of age or older

• Are legal residents of Florida

• Are local customers of a Flower Neighbor store

Employees of the Sponsor may be excluded. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

No purchase required. To enter: 1. Visit the official Sweepstakes entry page. 2. Complete and submit the online entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person per month. Multiple or fraudulent entries may result in disqualification.

4. Entry Period

• The Sweepstakes runs on a monthly basis

• Entries are valid only for the month submitted

• Entries do not roll over to future drawings

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• One (1) winner is selected at random each month

• Winners will be notified by email and/or phone

• If a winner cannot be reached, an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Prizes

Prizes may include:

• Store credit

• VIP gift bags

• Exclusive in-store perks

Prizes have no cash value and must be redeemed in-store. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

7. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners grant permission for Flower Neighbor to use their first name and city for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if necessary due to fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond reasonable control. All decisions by the Sponsor are final.

9. Privacy

Information collected is used solely to administer the Sweepstakes and is subject to the Flower Neighbor Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
